Dr. Erkan Bil (Koordinatör)
Dr. Erkan Bil, the General Manager of Çanakkale Technology Development Zone, has an extensive background in project management, having served as a member of the board of directors in national and international organizations and as a consultant for numerous domestic and foreign investments and projects. In addition to many trainings and conferences he has given in the field of European Union Financial Cooperation and Project Management since 2005, he worked as an Independent External Evaluator at the Center for EU Education and Youth Programs of the Ministry of European Union between 2010-2014. He has also published many research papers on technology, entrepreneurship, and marketing, particularly on digital marketing, technological product development, international marketing, R&D, and innovation.

Derya Aydın (Araştırmacı)
Derya Aydın received her B.Sc. degree in Business from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2020, and the M.Sc. degree in International Business from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. She currently works in Çanakkale Technopark. Her research interests include digital marketing and consumer behavior.

Atif Çağlar Ababay
Şaban Oğuz Ünal completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the fields of public administration and management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the same field. He has served as an EU project expert and project manager at Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Ankara Public Transport Authority, Ostim Organized Industrial Zone and Canakkale 18 Mart University between 2007-2023. He also held a position as General Manager at Technopark Ankara between 2018-2019. As a PhD candidate in project management and research, he has experience in identifying and researching external funding sources for organizations. Throughout his past positions, he has adeptly managed multiple projects by skillfully assembling teams, formulating comprehensive work plans, and providing valuable training to his colleagues. He is well-versed in researching and securing national and international funding sources for projects, as well as monitoring and tracking the progress of these projects throughout their lifecycle. In addition, he is skilled in evaluating and deploying suitable technical infrastructure and equipment, as well as providing guidance to individuals and organizations seeking aid in the creation and growth of such laboratories.

Mert İnal (Proje Yürütücüsü)
Mert İnal received his B.Sc. degree in Business from Sakarya University in 2017, and the M.Sc. degree in production management and marketing from Sakarya University in 2019. He is a Ph.D. candidate in production management and marketing at Sakarya University. He currently works in the Production Management and Marketing of Business Department at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University as a Research Assistant. His research interests include digital marketing, consumer behavior, and social media marketing. He has also published many research papers and book chapters on marketing, particularly on digital marketing, consumer behavior, social media marketing, e-commerce, content marketing, and sustainable marketing.

Murat Özkaya (Araştırmacı)
Murat Özkaya received his B.Sc. degree in mathematics from Abant Izzet Baysal University in 2016, and the M.Sc. degree in mathematical engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2018. He is a Ph.D. candidate in mathematical engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He currently works in the Quantitative Methods of Business Department at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University as a research assistant. His research interests include game theory, decision theory, and their applications.

Savaş Gürdal (Araştırmacı)
Savaş Gürdal works as a lecturer at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Science and Technology Application and Research Center and as a Technology Transfer Specialist at Çanakkale Technopark since 2020. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Process and Reactor Design Program from Istanbul University in 2021. Savaş Gürdal worked as a team leader in TÜBİTAK Teydeb Projects during his Master's and Doctorate education. He worked as a Mentor within the scope of the TİM Inosuit Program in October 2018. He is part of the Erasmus+ KA210 project team and has conducted many quality research studies in his field.

Dr. Fredrik Allenmark
Dr. Fredrik Allenmark over 8 years of experience as a postdoctoral researcher at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München, Dr. Fredrik Allenmark is passionate about advancing the interdisciplinary study of cognitive science and artificial intelligence. He has a strong background in engineering physics, neuroscience, and biology, and holds multiple certifications in machine learning and programming. Dr. Fredrik Allenmark's research focuses on understanding how the visual system processes information and how it interacts with other cognitive functions, such as attention, learning, and time perception. Utilizing a variety of methods, including eye tracking, brain imaging, computational modeling, and visual psychophysics, He investigates the neural and behavioral mechanisms underlying vision and cognition. He has published several papers in prestigious journals, such as the Journal of Vision and PLoS Computational Biology, and has presented work at international conferences and workshops.

Prof. Dr. Zhuanghua Shi (Proje Yürütücüsü)
Prof. Dr. Zhuanghua Shi leads the Multisensory Perception Lab at the Chair of General and Experimental Psychology at LMU, specializing in research on attention, perception, and action. He has a keen interest in how we integrate multisensory senses and how context and probability influence learning, as well as perceptual biases. He employs various methods in his research, including psychophysics, EEG, fMRI, and computational modeling. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences (GSN/LMU) and Neuroimaging Core Unit Munich (NICUM).
