Şaban Oğuz Ünal completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the fields of public administration and management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the same field. He has served as an EU project expert and project manager at Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Ankara Public Transport Authority, Ostim Organized Industrial Zone and Canakkale 18 Mart University between 2007-2023. He also held a position as General Manager at Technopark Ankara between 2018-2019. As a PhD candidate in project management and research, he has experience in identifying and researching external funding sources for organizations. Throughout his past positions, he has adeptly managed multiple projects by skillfully assembling teams, formulating comprehensive work plans, and providing valuable training to his colleagues. He is well-versed in researching and securing national and international funding sources for projects, as well as monitoring and tracking the progress of these projects throughout their lifecycle. In addition, he is skilled in evaluating and deploying suitable technical infrastructure and equipment, as well as providing guidance to individuals and organizations seeking aid in the creation and growth of such laboratories.
